Jared Leto recebeu o Globo de Ouro de melhor ator coadjuvante pelo seu papel como o transsexual com o vírus do HIV no filme "Clube de Compras Dallas".
"Para esse papel eu tive que fazer muitas coisas terríveis. Depilei cada parte do meu corpo. Mulheres, vocês sabem do que eu estou falando", agradeceu Leto.
Robin Wright deu o primeiro Globo de Ouro a uma série produzida por um site de vídeo sob demanda. A atriz de "House of Cards", do Netflix, foi escolhida como melhor atriz em série de drama.
